Announcing NWC Open Hours!

What: This format allows writers to come work in the writing center in a dedicated study environment. A Writing Fellow will be on-call to answer quick questions and check in on writers as they work.

Who: If you don't need an appointment for a specific writing goal, but would like to benefit from the NWC's environment and resources, these Open Hours are for you!

When: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 4PM -5PM.

How: Drop in and sign in during Open Hours!

Our Hours

The NWC is closed during the summer session. We will reopen on Monday, August 31st. Our Fall 2015 hours will be Monday-Thursday from 10AM to 5PM and Friday from 10AM to 2PM.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Clients must cancel appointments by midnight on the night before the appointment. Appointment reminder emails are sent two days prior to the appointment.

If you have multiple no-shows or short-notice cancellations (i.e., cancelling after midnight on the night before your appointment), your ability to schedule appointments may be revoked for the semester.

Waitlisting

Click the clock next to the date on the schedule to get on the waitlist for that day. Openings will be announced via email and/or text message. Appointments are not reserved automatically; if an appointment becomes available, you must reserve the appointment using the online system or you may call the center to schedule (first come, first served!). Contact us if you have questions.

Low-Residency Students

Online appointments are reserved for our low-residency students only. Students who take classes on one of the Naropa campuses are asked to come in-person to the Writing Center for their sessions. Thank you!
